JACKSONVILLE, FL – On May 12, 2016 property management companies, owners and vendors throughout Northeast Florida attended the First Coast Apartment Association’s 21st Annual Circle of Excellence Awards held at The Florida Theatre in downtown Jacksonville. The Circle of Excellence Awards brings together multifamily professionals throughout the Jacksonville metropolitan area to honor companies and individuals who achieved the highest level of service and commitment in the multifamily industry. The First Coast Apartment Association acknowledged thirty industry professionals, apartment communities and property management companies for their outstanding accomplishments in 2015.
WRH Realty Services is pleased to announce that many team members were recognized as leaders in North Florida. Jose Garcia at Gregory Cove Apartments has been named Affordable Groundskeeper of the Year for the third year in a row. Pam Floyd at Leigh Meadows was named Affordable Community Manager of the Year, Carmin Munoz at Leigh Meadows was named as the Affordable Assistant Manager of the Year, Desiray Walton at Leigh Meadows was named as the Rookie Leasing Specialist of the Year, Stanley McKinney was named the Affordable Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, and Robert Seiler from Leigh Meadows was named the Affordable Maintenance Technician of the Year. Mustafa Martin received his second FCAA award in a row for Conventional Maintenance Supervisor of the Year at Plaza Apartments. Cortnie Schultz won Corporate Employee of the Year.
Other notable awards won by WRH include Affordable Community of the Year won by Thomas Chase and Affordable Curb Appeal of the year won by Thomas Chase for the third year in a row. The Carling was also named Conventional Community of the Year. WRH was recognized as the Volunteer Spirit winner and also was named Property Management Company of the Year for 2015, making that the second year in a row to be recognized for the top award.
