CHICAGO, IL - Kinzie Real Estate Group has announced its building division has been tapped by Interstate Partners, LLC to serve as the general contractor for Watermark at the Grove, a new luxury rental community in Elgin, Ill. Watermark at the Grove is expected to break ground in April.
