WASHINGTON, DC - NOVO Properties (NOVO) is pleased to announce the continued growth of their Third Party Management division, with the appointment of Jeff Goldshine to Partner, Management Services. Under Jeff’s leadership, NOVO will expand its existing property management platform to better serve institutional and private ownership. Jeff will lead this growing division by bringing to NOVO a wealth of management experience, including innovative industry practices and leading edge capital appreciation strategies.
As a multi-family industry veteran, Jeff has been responsible for the management of over 75,000 apartment units throughout his career. Prior to joining NOVO, Jeff served in leadership roles as the President of Middleburg Management, Chief Operating Officer of NOVO, as well as the President of Mission Residential Management. Jeff was also vital to the creation and development of the management structures at CAPREIT Inc., and Artery Property Management. Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from George Washington University and earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
