JACKSONVILLE, FL – LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has commenced construction on 1760, a $23 million luxury apartments in Lawrenceville, Ga.
1760 is being developed by LIV Development of Birmingham, Ala. Charlan, Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla. is designing the community. Completion is scheduled for April 2017.

The development consists of 324,457 square feet including four buildings, each four stories with elevators, two carriage houses and a pool house, surface and garage parking will be available.
1760 is conveniently located on eight beautiful acres near I-85 and GA 316 off Sugarloaf Parkway.
