NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO – June 30, 2015 – Maxus Properties is one of the first companies in the Kansas City area to offer car charging stations through the KCP&L Clean Charge Network for electric and hybrid cars. These easy to use charging stations have been installed at Province of Briarcliff, a luxury apartment community in the Northland. Car charging stations are just one of many efforts Maxus is implementing to provide sustainable apartment living to our residents. The variety of eco-friendly amenities will not only save residents money but also helps to protect our environment.

Kitchen faucet aerators (1.5 gpm) can save approximately 40% on annual water bills
Bath aerators (1.5 gpm) can save up to $40 annually on water bills
Energy efficient shower heads can save approximately 40% on annual hot water bills (1.5 gpm energy efficient shower head)
Free use of the electric car charging stations that can charge any electric vehicle to reduce carbon emissions from gasoline
