Nucleo Technology Launching Media/IoT Hybrid Solution to Multifamily Marketplace

PHOENIX, AZ - Nucleo Technology today announced that it has co-developed OctaneTV,  a new IoT set-top solution created in partnership with Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Intel, Avnet, and Apartment Guardian.  OctaneTV, coming to market in July 2015, is the first full spectrum IoT solution in the multifamily marketplace.

Mr. Phillips, a 30 year technology veteran with 20 years experience at Avnet brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of technology development, manufacturing, and channel sales.  While at Avnet, Mr. Phillips, among numerous other achievements, was central in the success of programs for IBM, HP, Oracle, VERITAS, BMC, and Symantec.  In his role as President of WAG, Mr. Phillips brings invaluable knowledge, partnerships, and guidance to WAG and Nucleo Technology.

Mr. Antrim, CEO of Apartment Guardian and President of Nucleo Technology brings extensive technology development knowledge to the group, with a key focus on M2M technology.  Mr. Antrim and Apartment Guardian bring strong national wireless provider connections and a proven suite of technology used in the multifamily industry.

Mr. Bonaventure, COO of Apartment Guardian and Executive Vice President of Nucleo Technology brings long term track record of product development, corporate operations, and multifamily business development.  A multifamily veteran, Mr. Bonaventure rapidly ascended through the industry, helping multiple companies land large cash-exits along the way.  In his role as Executive Vice President, Mr. Bonaventure brings proven technology vision and a strong organizational development history.
