Vantage to Take Over Management of 672-Unit Marbury Plaza Apartments in Washington, DC

GERMANTOWN, MD - Vantage Management has announced, starting June 11, 2015 they will take over management of Marbury Plaza Apartments, a community located in the up and coming Anacostia neighborhood.

Consisting of two high-rise buildings and seven garden-style homes, this 672 unit residential community is part of an historic and unique Washington, DC neighborhood.  Only a few minutes from downtown, Marbury Plaza features - studio, one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans offering sweeping views of Washington, DC and Virginia. Amenities include a 24 hour concierge, a metro bus stop, large walk-in closets and easy access to three different green line metro stations. The panoramic view from Marbury’s top-floor apartments offer views of the Washington National Cathedral to Virginia and beyond. Built in 1968, the late signer Isaac Hayes once called Marbury home.
