The 438-bed student community has a prime on-campus location and is located within driving distance to downtown Greenville’s restaurants and shopping centers. The community offers fully-furnished 2/2, 4/2 and 4/4 unit types all offering individual liability leasing. Each apartment home includes a fully-furnished living room, bedroom, inclusive utility package, cable television package and high speed internet.
Campus Pointe also offers a number of amenities including a fitness center, computer lab, on-site laundry facilities, multiple building study areas, on-site resident management, residence life programming and on-call 24-hour maintenance. Additional clubhouse renovations are expected by Fall 2016.
