Brandywine to Hold Grand Opening at Seabright, a 26-Unit Townhome Community in Costa Mesa, California

COSTA MESA, CA - Brandywine Homes is celebrating the opening of Seabright, a 26-unit townhome community on 1.42 acres at 2019 Anaheim Avenue, by holding a grand opening on Saturday, March 28, where interested homeowners will be able to take tours of the townhomes.

"I am very excited to be offering townhomes for sale at Seabright,” said Dave Barisic, vice president of sales and marketing for Brandywine. “Where else in Orange County can you find a townhome community where units have rear yards, a gated entry, a community pool and easy access to nearby beaches and shopping? To top it off, we will be the most affordable new home option in Costa Mesa. We think people will love it here.”

Brandywine, a pioneer of infill development in Southern California, demolished an existing 18-unit apartment complex to build the new townhome community located two miles from the beach and Pacific Coast Highway and less than one mile from I-55. With lush landscaping, private yards and a community pool, Seabright offers a peaceful respite in a quiet residential area close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The community is just northeast of The Triangle and the bustling retail area along Newport Boulevard.

Brandywine Homes is offering two floor plans for two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhomes with living spaces of 1,599 square feet and 1,727 square feet. All units, designed for cost efficiency and maximization of living space, have attached garages.
