NEW YORK, NY - EPIC Commercial Realty (EPIC), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage operating in the greater New York metropolitan area, has announced it closed over 100 transactions totaling more than $300 million in sales in 2014, marking a record-breaking year for the firm. The company more than doubled its sales revenue year-over-year. To support its continued growth, EPIC appointed Tali Israeli as its chief operating officer. In her role, Israeli handles day-to-day operations and oversees the over 30-person team. She is charged with ensuring EPIC’s continued dedication to selling New York properties, fostering an environment of success for its clients, and to hiring and growing the team by identifying candidates that are driven and strive toward excellence in everything that they do.

Prior to joining EPIC, Israeli was a senior operations manager at Hearing Life/Total Hearing Care, overseeing the operations for several hundred locations. Her responsibilities spanned the acquisition, integration, and lease negotiations of 500-plus hearing aid facilities, as well as cost control and facility maintenance. Prior to that she was partner in the property management division and a vice president of operations in the real estate development and general contractor divisions at Shuster Management, LLC for seven years.

Israeli received her Master of Arts degree with a specialty in organizational development from Montclair State University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. She also served as First Lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Force.
