SAN DIEGO, CA – Wermers Multi-Family Corporation, a long-standing and trusted name in multi-family construction begins work on its latest project Cielo Carmel, a community of 197 apartment units located in Carmel Valley Road and Edgewood Bend Court, San Diego, CA 92130. Cielo Carmel consists of three different multi-family two-story buildings with a garden style, walk-up theme. The project being built as a 90 unit and 107 unit project will include 17 residential buildings, 1 leasing building with amenities, two laundry rooms, and a combination of attached private garages and surface parking. It is targeted for completion by Mid-Summer 2016.
