Precision Fire Systems is working with LandSouth on two multifamily communities, Integra Village in Sanford, Fla. and Integra Cove near SeaWorld in Orlando, Fla.

The company started in 2013. Their team of owners, President Skip Bateman and vice presidents Brad Jenkins and Kip Pederson, have been working together in the fire sprinkler industry for 17 years.

The company provides automatic sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial and retail buildings, including apartments, automobile dealerships, office buildings, institutional buildings and modular structures.
“Collectively, we have managed, designed and constructed hundreds of multifamily, hotel, commercial and industrial fire sprinkler installations. We currently have 10 multifamily: five hotels, three distribution warehouses and various other projects in process or recently completed,” Bateman said.
LandSouth Construction is currently working on projects throughout the Southeast including apartments in Jacksonville, Oviedo, Sanford, Delray Beach and Orlando Fla., Collegedale, Tenn. and senior housing in Bonita Springs, Fla.
