InspectCheck Raises the Bar With Upgraded Intuitive Design Mobile App for Property Inspections

CHICHESTER, NH - InspectCheck has announced a new mobile app release raises the bar for mobile Apps in its category with a new intuitive design that allows for faster and easier property inspections on smartphones or tablets. Users from property managers to professional inspectors can quickly and efficiently complete property inspections with mobile touch screens and add notes and follow up instructions with talk-to-text dictation, and unlimited digital photos.

Inspectcheck Mobile Version 3.0 is now available on Apple iTunes, Android Google Play, and Amazon App Marketplace.  See a list of the new enhancements on the InspectCheck website.

Single-Tap Response Feature – This new feature allows for the ability to quickly and easily record inspection findings without repetitive steps. All inspection items in a given location can be marked as "good" or "poor" (or several other rating schemes) with a single touch. See a demonstration of the single-tap rating feature in this vine video.

Expanded Reporting Capabilities – new reporting formats show inspection results in both detail and summary views with estimated costs for repairs, replacement, cleaning, painting and other follow up actions.
