Peak Capital Partners Acquires Two Apartment Communities in Greater Nashville Market

PROVO, UT - Peak Capital Partners, a Utah-based apartment investment and management company, today announced it acquired two apartment communities in the greater Nashville area: The Ridge at Green Haven and Summerlake.

Both communities were purchased from private owners. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

“With these acquisitions Peak now owns four apartment communities in the Nashville area,” said Jamie Dunn, founder and managing partner of Peak Capital Partners. “Business Insider recently named Nashville to its list of the 15 hottest U.S. cities for 2015. Nashville made the list because of its dynamic job and population growth, affordability, livability and the level of innovative and ‘cool’ factors the city offers. Nashville is a significant growth market for us and we look forward to making future investments in the city.”

The Ridge at Green Haven is a 191-unit apartment community with an occupancy rate of 95 percent. Peak plans to make exterior and interior improvements to the community that will include new decks, flooring, lighting, fixtures and hardware upgrades. The Ridge at Green Haven, located at 100 Lewis Drive, Goodlettsville, Tenn., offers six different floor plans ranging from one- two- and three-bedroom unit apartments.

Summerlake is a 176-unit apartment community with an occupancy rate of 92 percent. All of the community’s units were recently renovated. Exterior improvements currently being added include: a new pool deck, barbeque area, dog park, sports court and children’s play area. Summerlake is located at 207 National Drive, Murfreesboro, Tenn., and offers four different floor plans ranging from one- two- and three-bedroom unit apartments.

Both communities are close to downtown Nashville and provide easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops and banks, as well as major interstates.
