The clubhouse is an extension of the resident's apartment home with grand amenities for fireside gatherings, billiard-game and party clubrooms with cyber cafe-bar chat community rooms and a state of the art fitness center that opens to outdoor pool amenity spaces.
The $32-million, 321-unit apartment community has two furnished models containing great modern and functional spaces that were fun for creating imaginary lifestyle interiors.
“Our goal was to make every prospective resident instantly excited to make Addison their new home. Our marketing themes are designed to make all the spaces live large, function for everyday living and "Wow" everyone who entered,” Williams noted.
