WEST DES MOINES, IA - Hubbell Realty Company is once again expanding the housing options in West Des Moines through development of a new rental townhome community. Construction of Greenway Square is currently underway on a site south of University Avenue and west of 90th Street. The first townhomes will be completed and ready for residents in spring 2015.
The community is being developed in response to a high level of interest in rental townhomes in the ever-expanding West Des Moines area. The homes are modeled after Hubbell’s successful rental brownstones community located on 7th Street in downtown Des Moines. This rental brownstone neighborhood was the first of its kind in the downtown market. Momentum for the development of a similar product in the western suburbs grew as inquiries flooded in throughout the construction of past apartment projects.

Greenway Square will consist of 57 two-story rental townhomes ranging between 1,235 and 1,855 square feet. The homes feature three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, washers/dryers, granite countertops, kitchen backsplashes and two-car garages. Select townhomes will offer finished basements for additional living space.
