The Growth Index feature is an employee assessment and performance feature integrated into The Training Factor’s new Aspire LMS platform.
This feature allows companies to create employee assessments based on job competencies, set and review goals, and monitor employee performance. This new feature takes an otherwise grueling and time consuming process and makes it quick, easy, and best of all "automated."
The Growth Index also ties in with The Training Factor’s Mystery Shops. Data collected from the mystery shops will be tracked in conjunction with The Growth Index and adds another layer of performance assurance. Companies will be able to use this feature to spot weaknesses in performance and assign additional training, if needed. Often times, star employees go unrecognized and this feature will allow companies to recognize those individuals based on their Growth Index and assessments.
