BETHESDA, MD - Washington Property Company (WPC) of Bethesda, MD has hired John Mulhern as Construction Manager. In this role, Mr. Mulhern oversees all construction-related contract functions for WPC’s new multifamily and mixed-use properties, as well as renovation of existing commercial buildings.
With over 25 years of construction management experience, Mr. Mulhern joins WPC from NTVI Enterprises, LLC, where he served as Program Director. Earlier, he worked for The Donohoe Companies, where he supervised construction of three high-rise projects comprising over one million square feet and 750 Class A residential units.
Mr. Mulhern received his BS in mathematics from the University of South Carolina and holds a number of professional accreditations including USGBC LEED AP, OSHA Safety, and USACE Quality Control.
