LOUISVILLE, KY - Construction will begin immediately on a $13.5 million project named Newport Village located at 5925 FM 2100 Crosby, Texas 77532. This new affordable housing apartment community will consist of 80 garden style one, two and three bedroom apartment units which are income restricted for Texas families.
Funding for Newport Village was made possible through several sources including but not limited to: Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for their allocation of an annual amount of $750,000 of tax credits, First Sterling Bank, Community Bank of Texas, the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation and LDG Multifamily, LLC.
Families moving in to these beautiful new apartment homes will have access to a furnished fitness center, business center equipped with computers and complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a comfortable community room. Outdoor amenities will include covered patios/balconies near a scenic sitting area complete with a decorative gazebo and a playground for residents.
