Lincoln Property Company Hires Christina Bolter as Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region

DALLAS, TX - Lincoln Property Company, currently ranked as the third largest apartment management firm in the US, recently announced the appointment of Christina Bolter as Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region, which consists over 8,000 units in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.

“Christina’s vast experience and extensive knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic Region makes her the ideal candidate for this critical position within our organization,” says Scott Wilder, Executive Vice President of Residential Management. “Christina’s leadership of our already successful Mid-Atlantic team will mean continuing ‘best in class’ performance for our clients as well as continuing to expand our presence in these markets.”

Ms. Bolter has nearly 20 years of experience in managing all types of real estate, with extensive experience in new construction, lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, repositions, receiverships and financially and physically stressed assets.

Before joining Lincoln, Christina worked most recently at Bonaventure Realty Group as their Director of Property Management for a portfolio of 5,000 units.  She has also held positions at Greystar, Riverstone Residential, Kettler and Trammell Crow – all in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
