The Marketing Directors Kicks-Off 2014 as Sales and Marketing Consultant for 50 West Street

NEW YORK, NY - The Marketing Directors, a leading, national development advisory and master property marketing and sales force that works exclusively on behalf of owners and builders, has been named sales and marketing consultant for 50 West Street, a 63-story, luxury condominium in Downtown Manhattan. This highly anticipated property developed by Time Equities is set for completion in 2016.

50 West Street is located in The New Downtown at the crossroads of the World Trade Center, Wall Street, Battery Park City, and the World Financial Center. The building is designed to anticipate LEED Silver certification and is equipped with the latest in storm protection technology. The luxury condominium was designed by architect Helmut Jahn. Time Equities also engaged famed interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen to design the building’s interior spaces.

In January 2014, Time Equities and The Marketing Directors officially commenced the marketing phase of the 50 West Street project with the launch of its teaser website (www.50westny.com). The website features a captivating virtual video – produced by the award-winning branding firm, DBOX – which highlights the tower’s architectural form and extensive Hudson River views. “The teaser website launch is the first step in an exciting public rollout process for the project,” said Francis Greenburger, Chairman of Time Equities. “We encourage brokers and potential buyers to visit the website to get a glimpse of what is to come.”

This prestigious assignment for The Marketing Directors comes on the heels of a spectacular 2013. The firm reports that it successfully sold 60 percent of the apartments in its New York City inventory during the year, including the completion of the sales campaign at The Jefferson. The 83-apartment condominium at 211 East 13th Street sold out in just seven months. The Marketing Directors also reached a sales milestone of 45 percent sold at two of its New Jersey properties, 55 Melrose and Palmer Square.

Looking ahead to 2014, Ms. Albert reveals that The Marketing Directors is focusing its efforts on a large number of sales and rental campaigns at residences in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, and even Boston, Mass.
