Andrew will manage ARA’s land brokerage activities in central Texas which includes both the Austin and San Antonio markets. “Andrew brings experience and local market knowledge to ARA’s land business. We are proud to have him join the ARA Austin Team,” said Principal Patton Jones.
Prior to joining ARA, Andrew was with Austin, Texas-based Oxford Commercial where he focused on central Texas land brokerage representing both buyers and sellers.
His experience ranges from all types of land sites including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, single family, senior and affordable housing, public and non-profits.
Prior to running Oxford’s land team he was Director of Research at Oxford Commercial. Andrew graduated from Baylor University with a double major in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.
