ATLANTA, GA - Thrive Senior Living announces that they are breaking ground on Thrive on Skidaway, an innovative new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Savannah, GA. Thrive will operate the community which is being developed by Equus Development Partners, a Charleston based developer. Drake Real Estate Partners is the lead equity partner in the project.
The community will be located at 5 Lake Street, Savannah, GA 31411, just northeast of the intersection of Lake Street and the Diamond Causeway and is targeted to open in late 2019. A welcome center will open for future resident and team member inquiries in early 2019.
