Located in the heart of Clemson’s retail and nightlife corridor, the property offers fully furnished studio through five-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a two-story clubhouse with an internal playground-style stairway slide; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a resort-style swimming pool with jumbo TV; and a variety of study spaces.

114 Earle is one of the latest investments of the Campus-Clarion Student Housing Partners, LP Fund. The fund targets investments in university-related real estate through acquisition and development, both on- and off-campus, throughout the U.S.
The project was completed in partnership with Collegiate Development Group.
