CLEMSON, SC - Campus Apartments, one of the nation’s largest providers of on- and off-campus student housing, announced the opening of 114 Earle, a new pedestrian-to-campus mixed-use community with market-leading amenities serving Clemson University.
Located in the heart of Clemson’s retail and nightlife corridor, the property offers fully furnished studio through five-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a two-story clubhouse with an internal playground-style stairway slide; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a resort-style swimming pool with jumbo TV; and a variety of study spaces.
“We’re excited to be entering the Clemson market and helping to energize its downtown,” said Daniel Bernstein, President and Chief Investment Officer at Campus Apartments. “114 Earle has been met with incredible reviews thus far, as both students and their parents have been blown away by the quality of the property and the overall experience that it offers.”
114 Earle is one of the latest investments of the Campus-Clarion Student Housing Partners, LP Fund. The fund targets investments in university-related real estate through acquisition and development, both on- and off-campus, throughout the U.S.
The project was completed in partnership with Collegiate Development Group.
