Jim McPolin, Adam Harris, and Kari Astor joined the team in the areas of customer strategy, account management/sales and customer service, respectively.

Jim McPolin will serve as director of customer strategies for LRO. In this role, he will work with clients to ensure Rainmaker’s LRO software and organizational resources maximize clients’ revenue goals and ensure clients’ strategic roadmaps help guide the development of future product enhancements. Prior to joining the Rainmaker LRO team, McPolin was senior vice president, client management for American Utility Management, where he established a client management team to focus on strategic multifamily clients in the areas of energy management and utility billing. His industry experience also includes tenure with MRI Software as client manager, as well as sales training and development manager. McPolin earned a B.A. in English from John Carroll University and a MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.

As the director, multifamily sales in charge of LRO software sales in the Northeast, Adam Harris will leverage more than 10 years experience within the multifamily industry to expand Rainmaker’s customer base. Harris’ unique and entrenched experience stems from time with leading multifamily property management companies including A.G. Spanos, Associated Estates, and Archstone, spanning various roles ranging from site level to the corporate office. He will conduct educational presentations to multifamily owners/operators to help them understand revenue management, how the strategy can improve ROI and NOI, as well as streamline operations and improve market share.

Kari Astor, a new customer service representative for LRO software, will deliver first-level support to users as well as interface directly with customers to help troubleshoot any issues with the software. Prior to joining the Rainmaker LRO team, she served as a compliance interview specialist for The Network, Inc. In this role she assisted customers in filing ethics reports regarding workplace misconduct as well as new hire training in customer handling procedures. Aster holds a B.S. in Legal Studies from Herzing University.
