CHARLOTTE, NC - Drucker & Falk is pleased to announce the addition of four apartment communities totaling 776 units to its fee management portfolio in North Carolina and South Carolina. The Tides at Town Center, located in Calabash, NC; Sumerlyn, located in Raleigh, NC; and Windjammer and Heron Reserve, both located in Charleston, SC have joined the Drucker & Falk family of managed communities.
On the North Carolina coast, The Tides at Town Center is a brand new community, now leasing 168 one and two bedroom apartment homes. With a resort location and outstanding amenities, The Tides at Town Center will bring stylish luxury rental living to the Calabash area, near Ocean Isle Beach, NC and North Myrtle Beach, SC. Another new community, managed by Drucker & Falk and slated to open in March, is Sumerlyn Apartments. Sumerlyn will feature 124 apartments off of Rock Quarry Road in the city's southeast corridor.
Windjammer Apartments features 212 apartment homes in the choice Charleston location of West Ashley. Surrounded by a wildlife preserve, Heron Reserve offers 272 one, two, and three bedroom apartments just minutes from Historic Downtown Charleston.
